This is a place to check for interesting items. That is not to say that they are all of great quality, but they are at least mildly entertaining. Because some of these links reference information on sites managed by other people, I do not speak positively on behalf of every possible presentation of information below. If you find that something inappropriate, inaccurate, or just plain questionable pops up, let me know and I will fix the issue. Having said that, this is an attempt to provide a little bit of fun on a teacher’s site (I can hear the scoffing already - and you better stop). Who knows? You might even find something useful.

Whether you like their news reporting or not, they are a power in the news industry. Below are the breaking stories hitting their site. Pretty cool if you think about how, when I was in school, we had to wait for the morning or late edition to find out the info.
