Let’s go waaay back: Once upon a time on a cold cold March night Mommi and Daddy met in wonderful Baltimore. It was instant love, Mommi saw Daddy and thought he was so handsome, and she wanted to talk to him. Daddy just thought the sun went up when he saw her enter the room! Five minutes later, she went over to Daddy: She asked him if he was the guy who had given her a jump start a few weeks earlier. No he wasn’t, Daddy said. (But Mommi already knew that because she’d made that up!)
Well, the rest is history, as they say. Mommi, Daddy and Felix were inseparable from this day on. Felix is #1 cat, and my brother.
Daddy would sometimes leave Mommi’s apartment in Fells Point and go home to mysterious parts of Maryland, but every time he’d leave his favorite guitar, so she always knew he’d be back soon.
Fast forward to 2004 - Mommi and Daddy were married, twice so it would stick for sure. Once on Grandpa’s Farm in Frederick, where Daddy grew up, and a second time in Germany, where Mommi came from.
Me? I am here since January 15th, 2009. I am not sure how it all came about, but somehow I was in Mommi’s belly, and then I was here! Now it’s all about me!!!
