McCray Shriver, Eckdahl & Associates, Inc. was formed by Mickey McCray in 1972 after an early career in engineering, international and general management with Texas Instruments. The company began as McCray, Quinn, Inc., a partnership, and evolved through McCray Hewett & Associates, Inc. to McCray, Shriver Eckdahl & Associates, Inc. Over a 37-year period, the firm placed 38,000 officers into domestic and international corporations. Of those, over 1,800 Presidents, CEOs and Board Members were included in an ongoing and increasing basis.
Mr. William Sheweloff developed over 19 years with the firm from research to the head of worldwide corporate research and, later, to a key officer working hands-on with Mr. McCray in filling many of the large corporation search assignments.
In its final years, as Mr. McCray developed private equity investments, the firm was transferred into operational ownership as Executive Search Advisors, Inc. , now managed and owned by Mr. William Sheweloff. The firm can be reached as noted below.
