IT'S TIME FOR THEM TO GO!  C'mon folks, say it with me...IT'S TIME FOR THEM TO GO!!!!!  Oh, my friends, I know we can do better than that.  C'mon, one more time with feeling....

IT'S TIME FOR THEM TO GO!!!!

These were pretty famous words back when the Clinton/Gore ticket were running for their respective offices.  "It's time for them to go," summed up the feelings to most Americans who were tired of higher taxes, unstable markets, unemployment, corrupt lobbyists and, well suffice it to say that I could do a whole blog on this list alone.  To make a long story short, it worked. America voted and not only elected a new administration but followed up with making changes in the House and Senate as well.

Now sixteen or so years later, we find ourselves facing higher taxes, an unstable market, high unemployment, corrupt lobbyists, do you see where I'm going with this?  Now we sit and ask, "Who's to blame for this mess?" "Could it be George Bush, President Obama, the House, the Senate, Rush Limbaugh, Bill Maher or maybe it's those assholes on the radio?" Maybe it is all of the above and maybe it is none of the above. But I do quite possibly believe that it could be us. That's right folks, just us, you and me, my friends and Max. US!

"But why, Max?", "why would you say that it's us?"

Good question, by the way. It's US because we have all let this happen.  I mean, let's be real for a moment. We ask our politicians to go in and change things to make them better for us.  Do you really believe that anyone who has been in office for 10, 20 hell even 30 years or more really wants to give it all up by implementing changes that could effect them?  And if you do believe this to be true then you deserve this government.  I do not believe that Washington has my best interests at heart nor do I believe they have yours.  Washington has had the chance but continues to screw everything up.  Don't forget boys and girls, many of these very same politicians voted for most everything they now claim George Bush screwed up. Yet here they are, in their never ending endeavor to find new ways to spend money that we DO NOT HAVE!

This is not a Democrat or Republican thing. Nor is it black, white, Jew, Gentile, pro-life, pro-choice, pro-gun, anti-gun, Christian, Atheist and is is most definitely not about what is Right or Left. It is simple gang, we need to listen, hear, see and vote for what is right and oppose what is wrong.  Unfortunately, until we start making Washington realize that we all, as Americans, collectively have the power to make them listen, nothing will ever change.. That power my friends lies in the VOTE!!

It's time to get off of our fat and lazy asses and become active in this world if we are to see it improve. It is time for us to stop our whining about how we wish things could be and elect those who truly represent our beliefs.  It is time for us to stop being a group of pussies hiding behind our doors and become a nation that interacts with each other. It is time we stop being Afro-American, Mexican-American, Native-American and simply become Americans because let's face reality, there is no other country that has our freedoms and liberties and there for damn sure is no other country that we can rely on other than ourselves.  But most of all, it's time for them to go.  Vote NO on any incumbents be it town, city, county, state or federal elections. Just vote NO, it's time for them to GO.  Nancy Pelosi, John McCain, Barbara Boxer or Eric Cantor just vote NO, it's time for them to GO. Of course this mean from the tip top all the way down to the bottom, sorry Mr. President, even though I voted for you I gotta just say No, it's time for them to GO.

So by now I think I've given you an idea as to where I stand. But I also think most of you know that I am right.  You want to see real change in government? Would you like to see real and honest political reform?  Would you like to see policies that are enacted based on the constituencies desire as opposed to a career politicians?  JUST SAY NO, IT'S TIME FOR THEM TO GO!  Take control, America, this is OUR country and we demand it back from the politicians!  Make sure you register and vote in your next election. NO PARTY LINE - NO INCUMBENTS.
