Islam and Shumon went unchallenged as they powered their way through to another victory without giving up a game.  Agarwal was suffering from a knee injury and was limited in his movement.  Bangladesh Coach Mather recovered from repeated broken strings, another injury timeout and 2 games down to beat the unorthodox Pasari in an entertaining contest.

Masud Rana bt. Anil Kumar, 3-0

Raju Ram bt. Ravi Sethia, 3-1

A highly anticipated matchup as Sharma and Kumar are young coaches and currently work with the junior players.  Sethia has an incredible drop shot that he can use from anywhere on the court.  The scorelines don’t indicate the intensity of the matches, but great squash was played and Rana redeemed his first round near loss with a consistent, strong game against Kumar.  Pervez continues to use his power game to set up his attack and had Sharma punished in the back court because of it.  Ram will be sore tonight after chasing down many tight drop shots, but he kept his composure and counter dropped to take the match.
