BSRF is preparing the National Team for the South Asian Games by sending them through some tune up matches in the squash heavy state of West Bengal, India, also the home courts of World #32 Saurav Ghosal.

The team is comprised of Shopon Parvez (Boshundhara Group), Md. Masud Rana (Army Cantonment), Raju Ram (Navy Club) and Md. Shohid of the Gulshan Club and Md. Shumon (Boshundhara Group).  Team Manager Anisul Haque and National Coach Will Mather will lead the team down in preparation for tournament play.

The team is expected in Kolkata on Thursday evening and will spend 10 days doing demos and competitions, including a small round robin tournament at the Calcutta Racket Club.

They will return the 23rd and finalize preparations for the upcoming South Asian Games.  The squash event will be held at the Dhaka Club and match play begins at 10am on Saturday, January 30th.  For match times and schedules, please see our Schedule page.
