Liejacker, Thea Gilmore (Ryko)—Gilmore is as talented a singer-songwriter as England has produced. This is the American configuration of her most recent UK album, resequenced by Jac Holzman, the Elektra Records founder and one of the all-time astute ears for this kind of music.
