1 bedrooms available in a large Golden Gate Heights house (2,600 sq feet not counting garage, basement or yard). This 1928 Classic French Normandy house is on a lot and 1/2.  Master bedroom, bath and my office are upstairs.  Living room, bedrooms, kitchen, bath and other common rooms on first floor.

I am looking for another responsible, easygoing, professional to share this SF house on 12 month lease with a 2 month trail period. No pets as I am allergic to most, and no smoking in the house.  Many amenities and easy access to both highway (19th ave/280) and mass transit (4 blocks to light rail/muni, bess stop at corner).  Terms of housing are a bit negotiable given that I am looking for the "right" compatible housemates to create a HOME that all of us can feel comfortable in, not just a place to sleep and eat. My other housemate is another professional who works as a marketing manager a valley tech company.

Gourmet Kitchen,  huge living room with vaulted beamed ceilings full of gadgets and tastefully decorated (rugs, art, couches, fireplace, etc).  Sunroom off the kitchen for meals with formal dining room off the kitchen.  Gig Ethernet in every room.  Wireless through out the house and backyard.  Large backyard with garden (herbs and vegetables), though the grass needs more attention then I have been able to provide as of late.  Coax TV jacks in most rooms (HD/DirectTV).  Storage available in basement based upon circumstances.  Plenty of parking out in front of the house.  4 blocks to Muni rail line at Taraval, muni bus line(s) are across the street (16th and Quintara).  Shared bath and a half with dedicated shower and separate deep cast iron tub off downstairs bedrooms.  Washer and dryer are available in the basement.
