CONSCIOUS EMBODIMENT draws on the traditions of Aikido - a revolutionary non-aggressive martial art and mindfulness practice to offer simple yet deep techniques that help you recognize how your mind and body habitually react to pressure, and to access more skillful and unified responses.
The practices offer ways of understanding mental and emotional habits of attention from an energetic viewpoint. We inhabit a body that communicates and processes information on a sensory level far more encompassing than our cultural view leads us to believe. We have access to an immense intelligence that informs us through all of our multi-dimensional ways of being. Research has shown that 80% to 90% of communication is non-verbal. We are exchanging information all the time even when we are not speaking. CONSCIOUS EMBODIMENT offers tools and practices for discovering how we communicate non-verbally and a way of accessing intuition – information that comes from intelligence beyond what is already known.
This work gives us a way to synchronize the energy of the body, speech and mind with emotions and intuition, thus increasing our capacity for somatic intelligence, discriminating wisdom and unconditional love. Discover how to increase your capacity for wisdom, confidence, and happiness that will sustain and support you in this challenging and exciting time in history.
