Please browse the site to learn more about our programs. We currently treat Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Emotional Eating/Compulsive Overeating and Eating Disorders not meeting full diagnostic criteria. For individuals stepping-down from more intensive treatment, we also offer a Recovery Maintenance Program.
Our Programs
Solace Clinic currently offers four Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP): an Eating Disorder IOP, an Emotional Eating IOP, a Multi-Diagnostic IOP (e.g., anxiety, depression, self-harm) and a Recovery Maintenance IOP. Our IOP programs are comprehensive, 12-week programs meeting twice per week for four hours per day with a start time of either 3 or 4 pm. Each patient is also required to attend individual therapy once per week. If patients have already been working with an individual therapist, it is important and highly recommended that they continue working with their previously established therapist to achieve the best continuity of care. For individuals with less severe symptoms which do not necessitate an IOP program, we offer two additional programs: Perfectly BalancedTM Program and Perfectly BalancedTM Group. Please contact us for additional information and to learn which program is right for you.
Our Mission
Solace Clinic offers a supportive and trusting therapeutic environment where individuals learn to develop healthier coping mechanisms to replace destructive behaviors, significantly reduce psychological distress and increase the ability to love and care for themselves as they begin to understand, discover and recover their true self. The outpatient setting allows participants to remain a part of their family, work and community to minimize lifestyle disruption while receiving treatment.
