2. Marketing and business development manager for $6.9 million dollar electrical contracting firm with offices located in Sidney, Lima, Ohio and Muncie, Indiana.  Also serves as marketing director for two Sidney Electric Company subsidiary firms, ITSGroup and Reliable Electrical Mechanical Services, Inc.  Primarily responsible for marketing planning, advertising, and promotional content creation and direct mail campaign management.  Directed to attend all business promotion functions and events to help promote the company to potential clients.  Additional responsibilities include Web Site Coordinator.
   

1. •2002-2007     Marketing and Business Development Manager, Minster Bank
   

2. Marketing department manager for $229 million dollar community bank with offices located in Auglaize, Miami and Shelby counties.  Primarily responsible for sales and marketing planning, new product development, sales and advertisement media, promotional content creation and direct mail campaign management.  Experienced with print production and distribution.  Coordinated effective sales training programs and assisted with calling activities for entire lending staff.  Current responsibilities include management of the Bank’s Web Site, along with administrative responsibilities for the marketing department and call center staffs.  Assisted in the development of new marketing posters, fixtures and deployment of new merchandising collateral. Assisted in the opening of the Troy Ohio Banking Center.  Reported directly to the Bank’s President.

Held responsibility for all administrative duties for Branch Managers in each of the six branch offices.  Developed sales programs and coordinated sales training for fifty staff members.  Promoted to Marketing and Business Development Manager.  Conducted sales training for over 20 staff members.  Participated in the development and launch of a new corporate identity.

Held numerous positions beginning with collection officer moving upwards to Private Banking Specialist.  Conducted sales training program for over 20 staff members and lenders.  Managed a $53 million installment lending and loan processing department with 9 person staff.  Recognized as a “Top Performer in Home Equity Sales” for district sales performance.  Was a licensed insurance sales representative.

2. Earned my real estate license after graduating from Lehman High School.  Also, was employed as a sales rep selling pipe and supplies in the Dayton and Sidney territories.
