The Right Lawyer For Business Disputes
All lawyers are not created equal. If you’re in a business dispute, you don’t need a lawyer who drafts wills, or who documents mergers and acquisitions. You need an experienced trial lawyer. And you need the best one you can find. So let's do some comparison shopping, shall we?

Results, Results, Results
I have beaten firms that have hundreds and hundreds of lawyers -- Latham & Watkins, for example. At trial, it’s quality, not quantity, that counts. Knowing how to run a giant law firm is nice, but what you really need is someone who knows how to win cases. Can I guarantee victory? Of course not. But I think my experience and credentials make me your best choice when your company’s money or very survival is at stake. (Click here for examples of my trial victories.)

Get A Real Trial Lawyer, Not Just A "Litigation Attorney"
Don’t make the mistake of thinking a “litigation attorney” is a trial attorney. Many “litigation attorneys” have never tried a case. Taking depositions and drafting motions is one thing. Presenting a case to a judge and jury is a completely different animal. I'm a trial lawyer, not just a "litigation attorney." You need someone who knows how to prove you’re right and the other guy is wrong. That would be me, Walter Moore.

Twenty-Five Years' Experience
Business owners and in-house counsel from all kinds of industries have relied on me to help them for the past 25 years. Experience is our friend. All other things being equal, you want the lawyer with the gray hair.

Classy Credentials
I graduated with honors from Princeton and Georgetown Law, and was an Editor of the
Georgetown Law Journal. Plus, I not only try cases, but have been approved by the State Bar to teach other lawyers “How to Win at Trial,” “How to Litigate Efficiently,” and public speaking. I’m a licensed attorney and real estate broker.

Right Attitude
People often make the mistake of selecting a lawyer because he's "aggressive." You don't need an obnoxious lawyer; you need one who wins. My goal is to resolve your case favorably and efficiently. I will try to resolve your dispute early and amicably. If I can’t do that, I’m fully prepared to take your case all the way through trial.
