The Ocean Revolution pendant is cast of lead-free pewter and is smooth, comfortable, and non-reactive against the skin. The lanyard hole is 1/8 inch in diameter, ideal for use as a keychain or as an ornament - my dog Indigo wears one on her collar! Makes a great gift!
