International Orders:

Many of our items can be shipped to overseas destinations, but additional shipping charges may be incurred. Once you have placed an item in your shopping cart you can Determine Shipping and Sales Tax for any destination by clicking on the delivery truck icon and entering in your address information in the popup window.

International orders may be paid with a Credit Card. Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express are all accepted. Sorry, we cannot accept checks drawn on a foreign bank.

International orders may be subject to additional Customs Taxes or Duties imposed by your country.

Ordering:

Browse our site, clicking our "cart dog" to add items you select for purchase. When you are finished shopping, click our "checkout" button. From the Shopping Cart checkout you will be able to select: on-line ordering with your credit card, or mail order with a check payment. Checks (on US banks only) should be made payable to “bigtalldog.com” and mailed to: bigtalldog.com, PO Box 608, Mansfield Center, CT 06250. Orders are not shipped until payment is received and check cleared.

Delivery:

We do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible. In-stock orders generally ship within two business days and our average delivery time is 4 to 6 days depending on the shipping destination. However, customized items, items sent directly from our suppliers and oversize items may take additional time for delivery. We have specified average delivery time for these items on their web pages.

1. •Some items are sent Priority Mail - so be sure to give a postal address (Bill to:).
   

2. •Some items are sent by UPS or FedX Ground. Please give a street address (Ship to:).
   

3. •Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped in the same carton.

Exchanges and Returns:

Our goal is to satisfy you, our customer. If you are not pleased with your purchase simply return it to us within thirty days for a prompt, hassle free settlement. Merchandise returned in new, unused condition will receive a full refund minus shipping charges. If you would like an exchange rather than a credit simply include a note with the returning merchandise. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.

If you find a product was damaged in shipment please call us at once even if the item was shipped from one of our suppliers. Call 800-611-3647.

Your email address and phone number allow us to reach you should we have a question or problem with your order.
