A 501c(3) nonprofit organization, The Rapid Response Advanced Mobile Search and Rescue Unit provides experienced volunteers to the authorities of Pierce County as well as other counties within Washington State.

Created to answer the demands for trained searchers who have the skills to combine motorized off-road vehicle operations and ground searching into a highly mobile and effective team. A year round resource, RRAMSAR operates ATV’s, Snowmobiles and 4x4’s.

Our training program ensures our members are trained to the same high standards expected of leading ground resources. All of our members bring some level of experience with them when they join, whether it's their years in Search and Rescue or their skills operating ATV's and snowmobiles.
