Instruments: Oboe, Piano


Ya-Chu Yang is graduated of San Francisco Conservatory of Music, where she majored in oboe, and received her master degree in 2010. She has presented many recitals and orchestra concerts in different countries. Ms. Yang participated in oboe master class of Ingo Goritzki in Taiwan and Debra Negey in San Francisco. She had won the first prize in National Music Competition, Taipei City South district in 2007. She also was the winner of Baroque Ensemble Concerto Competition in San Francisco Conservatory of Music in 2010.


Ms. Yang’s undergraduate majored in oboe and music education, so she is good at Orff and Kodaly Music Method for the music class. She knows children and likes to work with them well. She also has patient to inspire adult students and can teach students of all ages and levels.
