PPI 2011 REGISTRATION

A registration form can be downloaded from the link below. Please fill out the form and send a $75 deposit to: PPI 2011, c/o Dana Hire, Wadsworth Band Boosters, PO Box 2, Wadsworth, OH 44282. Checks should be made out to the Wadsworth Band Boosters. The balance of the tution is due at checkin, July 11, 2011.
