In 2 short months, I will be retiring and hitting the open road in an RV to travel the world. It is a very exciting time in my life but it means that I have to part with some things. The first of which is this car. I purchased this brand new from a local St. Louis dealer in 2008. I am a very good driver and have taken good care of her. She has served me well over the last few years.

I have done a few long distance trips with this car and found it be comfortable and full of amenities. The fuel economy has been a saving grace in today’s market with the average highway consumption being 30-32mpg. The car has always had regular oil changes and most recently had 2 new tires put on. She was just cleaned and detailed and will be garaged until such time that a buyer decides to take her home.

The car will come with 2 keys, 2 Ford key fobs and 1 aftermarket key fob that controls the standard locking, unlocking, trunk opening features as well as operates the automatic starter that was installed. This is a great feature for cold hard winters.

According to Kelly Blue Book, this car with all of it’s features, lists for $13,205 - $14,005 in the current condition. I am selling the car for $12,000. I am looking to sell the car for a fair value and I believe $1,000 lower than the retail value is more than fair.
