How to find us:
The studio can be found in the basement of the UCL Bloomsbury building. Walk along the front past the Coffee Bar, follow the corridor around and walk down the stairs. At the bottom a large double door marked with a Film and TV society can be found.
About us:
The UCLU Film society dates back around 60 years, making it one of the oldest film societies in the country. Past alumni of the society include Christopher Nolan, director of films such as ‘Memento’ and ‘The Dark Knight’.
The society runs a film screening and meeting every week of the two academic terms. Currently film screenings take place on a Tuesday evening at 7.00 pm and are open to anyone who wishes to come. Our meetings take place on Monday evening at 7.00 pm on a roughly monthly basis. Please join our mailing list in order to learn when these meetings occur.
All kinds of equipment including HD Camcorders and editing suites are available to members to use. All you need to do is to contact us and the equipment is yours to use.
