Vajralila has been practising Counselling since 1998 and is also a qualified Supervisor for Counsellors and Allied health professionals.

Fully qualified in several modalities including person centred counselling, CBT, NLP and Hypnotherapy as well as eye movement trauma therapy and offers an integrative approach to therapy and tailors the way she works to suit the individual.  

Vajralila has experience co-managing a Counselling service in a GP surgery for many years. She has held a private practice for 13 years and has worked as a group therapist in a residential rehabilitation centre for people recovering from drug and alcohol misuse for 5 years. 

Vajralila is also an ordained Buddhist.
