Natural T’ai Chi for Health


Subha is a T’ai Chi and mindfulness instructor who has been practising T’ai Chi for more than a decade. She studies with Guhyananda, whose teacher was a Chinese master called Rose Li who established a form called Peking Style which Subha will pass on to the class.


Subha has a Diploma in Mindfulness-Based Approaches from Bangor University which includes modules in the practice and teaching of sitting meditation and mindful movement. She is an experienced meditation teacher and has taught T’ai Chi on retreats.
