Feeding Your Demons as Buddhist Practice*
Brighton: Brighton Buddhist Centre
*This event is for those with a meditation and dharma practice.
This is a special day event for those with an existing meditation and Dharma practice. It will be different from our usual days in that feeding your demons will be explicitly placed within it’s Buddhist context which includes its connection with the figures Prajnaparamita, Green Tara and Machig Labdron. The Buddhist teaching of emptiness will be referred to as well as looking at how the feeding your demons practice fits within a particular system of Buddhist training. This 5 step process is a direct and powerful way of dwelling in the gap between feeling and craving and thereby moving into a more creative way of being; as such it is a strong practice for going beyond ego clinging.
