Vajralila (MBACP accredited, UKRCP, dipASHPH) is an experienced psychotherapeutic counsellor / Supervisor and holistic therapist. Her group work draws on her professional skills as well as her practice as an ordained Buddhist.









Sudakini (BA, PGdipDMT, RDMP) is a qualified Dance Movement Psychotherapist, following many years as a professional dancer. She is also an ordained Buddhist which deeply informs her life and work.








Following over 16 years of spiritual and psychotherapeutic practice, both facilitators have recently spent intensive time on retreats in the USA , UK and India. They have trained in Chod and feeding your demons with Lama Tsultrim and have certification and permission to teach the feeding your demons process.

They bring their inspiration into psycho spiritual work with others. Both are ordained into the Triratna Buddhist Order.


Both facilitators are experienced, fully qualified and accredited psychotherapists.

Both Vajralila and Sudakini offer feeding your demons sessions on a 1-to-1 basis for those who have done at least a level 1 with us, concession for first session: £30. £45 thereafter.
