I was busy sucking all night long - thought of her. I was 400 in the hole halfway through the game - and good ol’ Hammer was there living up to his name...doubling me by choice. ahhh well. I sucked, life goes on! In May, Hammer sits out - I am happy to host. See you then - it’s the last month of the ‘regular season’ - Playoffs are in June.

The Rock included the story of his demise holding the stiff ace of spades in barbu - and took all 6 barbus! I didnt hear the story of the 14 queens, but I am sure it was not quite that unlucky...

The Rock sits out in April as we await news on his wife’s delivery of their first child - a son. See ya soon, gang! 2 more months of regular season, followed by full round of playoffs!

What a serious beatdown Alan is taking. In fact, a white person hasn’t gotten his ass kicked this bad since Reginald Denny. Butt seriously, folks, despite my best efforts at doubling over in agony at the table (both from my score and my physical state at the time), I managed to only suck a little a bit - but enough to drop into 2nd place. Eugene had an awesome evening as you’ll see by clicking on scores. Mike had his usual steady night...and managed to go plus this time!

2009 Season 9 Begins...

I hate the Yankees. They suck ass. I hate the Steelers. They suck more ass....Most of all, I hate the Cleveland Regional for changing their schedule. I drove a total of 9 hours to play 6.5 hours of a frickin club game. It used to be a Flight A/X game...this weekend it was a stratified disaster. I am happy to say Donna and I won the event, but it was aggravating...

Well, in what proved to be a weird evening (i got home at 7:30 and was already 3/4 in the bag...), we concluded the 2008 campaign. Congrats to the evening’s winner - Jim Gullo - who posted the only positive score at +143. Meyer was second with -32. In third was Rico-Suave with -34, and the Harvey brought home -77. A decent game all around. The battle for second place should be good!. Congratulations, Michael, on a job well done! Good luck to the rest of you in the finals - Brian, Alan, Eugene.
