      Each year Pastor Sandy keeps a spiritual journal recording the year, it’s events, and God’s graceful hand upon her. Indeed she well realizes the favor of the Lord that has been given to her and this with the responsibility of remaining obedient to the vision that He has placed in her. Here now is the account of the years 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009, along with her personal profile.

      Greetings to you in the name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior. Michael my husband and I believe that it was He who brought grace into our lives, made a good but sinful marriage holy, and set us on the course we are now on to do His will. He is worthy in our hearts to receive praise and glory, for truly that is where He now abides!

      Michael and I have been married for 31 years in August of 2009.  We are parents to four children, Christopher 24, Todd 36, Christy 37, and Troy our eldest son is 38.  Our home is in the Leesburg, Florida.

    Spiritual Meat Ministries is a ministry I co-founded with my husband Michael.  This was the result of our obedience to follow the Lord’s will in our lives.  We have been registered with the United States Government since 1992 and received our non-profit status as a missionary ministry in 1999.

  The adventure continues into the nations of the World at SMMI.  Michael and I have now lived in many of the Country’s written about on the International tab.  We’ve experienced the lives and culture of the people of the Middle East.  We’ve established life long relationships with people in England.  Our call to the “nations” is coming into fulfillment and our lives have been forever changed.

    Having said all of this let me say that my greatest treasure in life continues to be my personal relationship with Jesus Christ.  His love covenant with me remains my most valuable acquisition in life and all it took from me was my choice to love Him!  He continues to do the rest.  He is faithful and His mercy continues to a thousand generations.
