Ordinary Women Go to Extraordinary Heights to Overcome Domestic Violence

Upon learning that her mother had survived years of abuse, Tonya Redfield asked herself how she could help other women tap into the strength to break the cycle of violence. She forms Women With Altitude, and leads seven domestic violence activists and survivors from San Francisco to test their absolute limits on a 20,000 ft mountain in the Bolivian Andes.

"Women With Altitude is a brave work by brave women, an empowering story about overcoming fear."
