TheHealingCrowd.com is a web site devoted to the application of action methods in group psychotherapy. Training, consultation, demonstrations, and supervision can be arranged by emailing or calling.

We are particularly interested in promoting these methods in the treatment of individuals with a dual diagnosis of intellectual and psychiatric disabilities. To this end, information, references, abstracts, excerpts, and full text research articles, and training material on the Interactive Behavioral Therapy (IBT) model are offered throughout this website.

IBT is an empirically validated form of group treatment that has become one of the most widely used form of group psychotherapy for this population.  There are some 2000 IBT groups throughout the world.
