Mayne Island is a partner with the Trincomali Community Arts Council, an association of artists living on one of the lower gulf islands (Saturna, Mayne, Pender, and Galiano). This site is designed to provide more information about Mayne Island artist and artisans.

The purpose of the council is to enhance the cultural and social well being of the Southern Gulf Islands. Artistic expression is diverse and includes painting, sculpture, photography, written work (prose and poetry), music, dance, and more.
