Although most people at Rock Canyon know Tyler H. Munro as a math teacher, baseball coach, link crew coordinator, husband and father, he’s actually known around the world as a dare devil & stunt man. Whether he’s fin-riding Great White sharks, becoming the first to climb the K2 in flip-flops, training Sherpas how to hike Mt. Everest or whatever else he does to get an adrenaline rush, Mr. Munro is a man like no other.
Despite the fact he does things that other men can only do with the aid of Hollywood special effects, to this day, he believes the most exciting and challenging thing to do is a good math problem. He hopes you’ll enjoy this upcoming math adventure with him as well.
As you can tell, Munro is an EXtremely busy man and therefore, hard to reach. If you do need to get hold of him, please try to see him in person in Room 9300, via email at Tyler.Munro@dcsdk12.org or as a last possible resort at (303) 387-3000 ext. 63063. His office hours are 4th and 7th periods. If he’s not in the 9000’s teacher’s office during that time, you may find him climbing the rock wall without a safety harness, in the gym.
