The Black Inventors and Scientists Museums, Inc (BISM)

conducts Educational Presentations, Inspirational Lectures,

and Cultural Sensitivity Classes for  audiences of all ages.

Every year, we visit schools & universities, corporations,

churches, festivals and special events all around the world.

We teach,”Black History is More Than a Month!”

Our mission is to expose millions of students & educators to rewarding careers in science, engineering and technology by way of inventions and the patent process.

All students and adults need a fresh, positive  look at the achievements of Africans and African Americans.  By touring and teaching about the great contributions made by people of color to our daily lives,  we allow everyone a chance to gain a better appreciation and respect for all of mankind.

We have found that students in middle schools,

college-bound students &  freshmen at a crossroads

are most inspired by our lessons.

BISM  is committed to Promoting Positive Images!

Children need the knowledge of our complete history that has been absent from traditional education systems and curriculums for far too long.

By empowering our youth with an accurate account of the important contributions of black inventors, Muurish scientists and Khemetic physicians, we educate them beyond the false stereotypes of black people being inferior;

And erase the myth that, "black children can not do well in math and science."

Math and science were first created and practiced in Ancient Khemet, a civilization of black people before the land of Alkebu-lan was re-named Africa.

The people, sciences, arts and architecture found all over the world, in Asia, the Americas & Europe, can be traced to its origins rooted in the Nile Valley civilization.

Our daily affirmation for every child should be, "Math and Science are in our DNA!"

Positive images of inventors from our past, present real role models for our youth. Their achievements are living examples that offer attractive and financially rewarding alternatives for the future.

Our educational presentations encourage careers in the sciences, engineering, medicine, music and other emerging technologies.

The Traveling Black Inventions Museum has been a life-changing experience for millions of people over the past 20 years.
