Who are we?
Churches of Christ Women’s Ministry acts as a point of connection and encouragement for women in Churches of Christ. Anyone is welcome to contact us for resources, ideas and support for their work in local churches.
Women’s Ministry has developed a particular focus on equipping women in leadership, as they usually have the most direct influence on other women within their local churches.
Women’s Ministry acts in partnership with Baptist Women Victoria to develop leadership networks and training events. 
In partnership with Churches of Christ Women’s Ministry and with Baptist Women Victoria, CCTC has developed an accredited course specifically designed to equip women in their ministry skills. See link to the right.
We seek to connect emerging leaders with mentors for one on one coaching.  We also can train you in mentoring / coaching others.  Contact Janet Woodlock if this is of interest.

Janet Woodlock is the Coordinator of Women’s Ministries, and a member of the Churches of Christ Mission and Ministry team. She is a mother of two gorgeous boys, a wife of a delightful but overworked husband, a member of Ringwood Church of Christ, and a student at CCTC. The Women, Faith and Development Summit to End Global Poverty







Asia Pacific 
Breakthrough is a call to action for women living in poverty.
Be part of the Breakthrough.
Breakthrough is a global initiative calling for womens groups, faith communities, development agencies, business and philanthropists to work together to support local and regional action to reach the targets for Millennium Development Goals 3 and 5, womens equality and maternal health.
In April 2008, international leaders in Washington pledged US$1.4 billion and launched a new alliance to work together to refocus efforts to reduce poverty for women and girls.
You are invited to participate in the first regional Summit in global movement. Join the dialogue with local and international leaders in Melbourne on December 2nd and 3rd, 2009.
The Breakthrough Summit will:
	•	Announce new commitments and investments for women and girls
	•	Highlight the priorities needed to reach the MDGs
	•	Convene people from across the women, faith and development communities to join a new alliance supporting women and girls.
Asia Pacific Breakthrough will be held at Federation Square on the eve of Parliament of the World's Religions. More than 20 national and international leaders will speak and participate in this Summit, including:
