Dear parents:
Please check the DRMS homepage for important updates regarding the upcoming Guidance meeting regarding High School Registration. If at all possible, this is something you will want to attend! Lots of important information will be reviewed. If you have questions, please contact Ms. Deen at adeen@wcpss.net. I will continue to post necessary information here as well!
Also, interims will be distributed for core classes on February 11th for core classes. Please ask your child to see his or her interims and sign the cover letter. If you have questions, please ask you child to see his or her binder so they can show you the assignments. This will help answer many questions! If you still have concerns or questions, please contact the team. We will answer all questions and help your child be as successful as they can be!!

Dear parents:
Sorry for the long delay between posting! This quarter has begun with a bang! Here are a few of the upcoming events to be aware of:
1. Ms. Deen will begin discussing High School Registration on January 26th. Student can expect to get their information packets to bring home in Feburary. Teachers must fill out recommendation forms before students can bring the info home. I will let you know if I get any other information from Ms. Deen (open house, info sessions, etc)
2. Field trips: We have had to rearrange a few field trips due to the budget. We are currently planning our first trip in April if all goes well. Don't worry about sending in money until your child gives you a permission slip. We must have both the money and permission slip. If you have any questions, please let us know. I will update you with the new fieldtrip date and event as soon as we have it finalized.
