Hhhh... all right, reached the threshold, 150 done, 150 pages to go, now I have to walk on eggs.

The second chapter’s end is 50 pages away, that shouldn’t take too long....... hopefully.

It took me a little while to get these done. I’m working on several projects at the same time and I had to leave this one alone for a couple of weeks. But don’t worry, I am not dropping the ball, just juggling with it :)

Little update. We passed the 2009 wall. Hourra! I am one year older this month hourra again.
2009 will be the year of the black frog on my calendar. 15 books to finish and publish before the end of 2009 - if I find enough publishers to get the job done that is. That’s the task. The first time ever I will have published full comics... joy. Anyway, if you want to see what’s cooking go check the BOOKS SECTION where everything is mapped out for 2009. Oh! And happy new year to you!

Another set of goodies. With each chapter of maggot will be given 5 Tarot cards representing the main characters featured. Eventually, this will give birth to a playable card game... working on it.

All right, 100 pages in roughly 25 days... I wasn’t sure where I could end the first chapter then I thought, “ well, that’s sounds like a good enough cliffhanger and it’s page 100, let’s stop it here.”

So here’s for you the first chapter of “MAGGOT”. Now I have to draw a little bunch of promotional posters, covers and ex-libris to fluff it up a bit. It’ll give me some time to think about what I’ve done and go back to fix whatever needs fixing. I hope you’ve enjoyed the first issue. I’ll be back for more relatively soon. Don’t hesitate leaving some comments, I want to know what you think.

10 pages from “100” and the story’s only beginning. Why am I always ending up making long comics... Hhhh, I guess, I like to take my time to describe the places, the scenes, so we can appreciate being with the characters longer, follow every little fluctuation in their emotions.
Anyway... Read that... more very soon :)

Sorry, ran a bit late on schedule there... an old guy decided on spilling my coffee
onto my Wacom tablet yesterday - I work out of a Flamish bar lately... the poor thing died on the spot - the tablet not the old guy - and I had to run to the nearest mac store to get a new one.
Expensive coffee indeed. So yeah... no my little sister didn’t poo on my homework madame...
not this time and that isn’t a lame excuse, that’s the God awful truth.

Anywayzzzzz... Here are the next 10.

It’s up to 60 now. I hope you still follow it... For the ones who do... Or did. Now I need to brace myself as I sense I’m arriving at the possible half of the story. I might push the “folding middle” further down the narration line. But if this thing is supposed to be 150 pages long, this will be it soon. I feel like I could develop this a bit more though.

Anyway, keep on plugging in, we’ll have at least another 12 days of Maggot together.

This is pretty straight forward, I don’t know if it’s that interesting to watch really. But here it is all the same.

COLD PANCAKE - No more

Ah ah, only joking.
Yes cold pancakes continues on, even if I took a break for the week end - I wanted to celebrate the first 50 and my hand was beginning to hurt a bit - the comic experiment will resume on Monday. I am posting today the last five and a couple other goodies I did for it or about it.

Day 9... 45 pages. I might get the whole thing done in a month... depends on what will
be the amount of pages I’ll judge suitable for the kind of story this is becoming.
It could even end up being an ongoing adventure... like a TV series. I still don’t know...
