From it's inception Eastside Christian Church has been a mission minded church. As the church has grown, so has the investment in world-wide ministry efforts with 15 cents of every dollar given in offerings presently committed to mission work. Eastside Missions has as its purpose and goal the evangelism, discipleship and planting of churches both in the United States and in foreign countries. Through partnerships with missionaries and foreign nationals we have seen these goals fulfilled year after year. Presently our involvement has us ministering in Chile, China, Colombia, India, Indonesia, Israel, Kenya, Mauritania, Mexico, Thailand, Ukraine and throughout the United States. Eastside has chosen to invest significantly in specific geographical areas to which we feel God has called us, and to place a strong emphasis on "sending our own" to the mission field. In addition to raising up career missionaries we also place a strong emphasis on sending out short-term mission teams to assist those missionaries we have serving in various fields.
