GIVEAWAY PERIOD:  The Contest begins on 05/04/09 at 3pm Pacific Time and ends on 05/08/09 at 3pm Pacific Time (the “Contest”). 

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: The Contest is offered and open to legal United States residents residing in the United States of America and who are of all ages as of 05/04/09.  Employees, officers, directors, agents, independent contractors, and representatives, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, advertising and promotion agencies, promotion partners, legal advisors; those involved in the development, production, implementation, and distribution of this Contest; the immediate family (spouse, children, siblings, parents, and their respective spouses) and household members of such persons and/or any other person or entities associated with this Contest, are not eligible to participate or win.

HOW TO ENTER:  To enter the Contest, access Arenas Group’s Twitter, by typing http://twitter.com/winstartrek to follow & repost @winstartrek’s sample trivia question answers. Include your name & email when re-tweeting your answers to @winstartrek on http://twitter.com/winstartrek .Trivia questions will be based on Star Trek quick clips shown on LATV, Networks LLC news breaks & SiTV commercial blocks throughout the duration of the “Contest” 05/04/09-05/08/09. By participating in twitter/winstartrek “the Contest”, you represent and warrant that you are eligible to enter in accordance with the Official Rules.  By entering, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor.

WINNER:  Each day during the Contest Period 5/04/09-5/08/09, one  (1) winner (each, a “Winner”) will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries, so a total of five (5) winners (each a “Winner”). The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.  There is no limit of entries per twitter follower of @winstartrek, but there is a limit of one (1) winner per family or house hold. All taxes, including federal, state and local and income taxes, are the sole responsibility of the Winner.  Pursuant to Internal Revenue Service regulations, Sponsor will file the IRS-1099 form with the Internal Revenue Service on behalf of the winner if the Prize’s estimated value is $600 or more.

No prize substitution is allowed except at the discretion of Sponsor.  If any prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of Sponsor, a substitute prize of equal or greater value may be awarded.  The Prize is non-transferable, nor is cash redemption allowed.  If the Prize notification is undeliverable or the prize is unclaimed by 5pm on 05/18/09, or the Winner(s) is/are ineligible, the applicable Winner(s) will be disqualified; the Prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, may be awarded to the next eligible entry.

MISCELLANEOUS: Use of any automated entry software is prohibited.  Online entries made with multiple email addresses, under multiple identities or through the use of any other device or artifice to enter multiple times will be deemed invalid.  If the Winner(s) is/are an online entrant, the winning online entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address from which the entry was made.  The authorized email account holder is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an internet access provider, service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain

DISPUTE RESOLUTION:  In the event that any dispute arises regarding the meaning or interpretation of these Official Rules, entrants agree that the dispute shall be resolved by the laws of the State of California and that it shall be resolved within and by the courts of that state.
