First of all, thank you so much for visiting our recruitment website.  I know (from personal experience) that it’s very hard to find a decent, honest and caring employer.  When  I was employed I hated some of the politics and unfairness that I saw around me.  So I made a promise to myself, that when I own my own business I will treat my staff well, pay them a good salary and recognise their achievements.

Falak Enterprises, It’s All About People

Today I own Falak Enterprises, the holding company that owns two of Bahrain’s most successful  - and unusual -  businesses.  The first is the Zen-Do Bahrain Kickboxing Club (known as Zen-Do Bahrain), Bahrain’s premier martial arts school, and the largest martial arts school in the Middle East.  The second is the Dream Body Centre, Bahrain’s first and only 23-minute weight loss and body transformation centre.

These businesses are services, and I know that the secret to providing great service is to hire great people.  We’re only as good as the people we hire.  So I’m always on the look out for great people who are service oriented, and love dealing with other people.

Our Fanatic Mission

At Falak Enterprises, we are in the business of enhancing, improving and changing people’s lives through martial arts and circuit training.

This is not some fancy mission statement that was prepared by an advertising agency, it’s something we are fanatical about and live and breath daily.  If this resonates with you, then this might just be the right place for you.

First Thing’s First

Before we move on it’s probably a good idea for me to share our Guiding Principles (values) with you.  You should only apply if (a) they make sense to you, (b) are similar to your own values, and (c) you are prepared to live them daily.  Here they are:

2. 2.We are service professionals and treat our members and each other with utmost dignity and respect.  We always treat people like we want to be treated.
   

3. 3.We are always punctual!  Work starts on time, classes start on time, everything starts on time! And we always meet deadlines.
   

4. 4.We always carry out our jobs with trust, honesty, respect and integrity.
   

5. 5.We always communicate with each other on a regular basis so that all Team Members are aware of what is happening in the club.
   

6. 6.Uncompromising levels of cleanliness are the responsibility of every Team Member.
   

7. 7.We never want to lose a member.  We want to exceed members’ expectations! The Falak environment must be so exciting and addictive that members never want to quit.
   

8. 8.Smile!  Always maintain positive eye contact.
   

9. 9.Keep your personal problems at home and never share them with members.
   

10. 10.Escort members rather than pointing out directions to another area of the club.
    

11. 11.Use correct telephone etiquette.  Answer within four rings and with a smile.
    

12. 12.Take pride in and care of your personal appearance.  Everyone is responsible to convey a professional image.  Instructors should always wear clean instructors uniforms.
    

13. 13.We believe in constant and never-ending improvement.
