hey y’all, this is matt.
yesterday (monday) we went to a koala park with only a couple of koalas and lots of other animals. there were lots of kangaroos and we got pet them. later that evening we went to the blue mountains, which was just amazing. we saw the three sisters (three big famous peeks) we wanted to get a picture of our three sisters in front of the three sisters but didn’t get the chance. at the blue mountains there were lots and lots of trails throughout the mountains, so it was really cool. today we are planing on going to the opera house, that should be fun. thanks for the prayer, its really helped, see y’all soon,

matt

it’s hard to believe conference is over already.
it has been the most amazing time. phil will be going again next year. derrick went to kidsong which is hillsongs kids program, and he thought it was the best. matt went to jam united, hillsongs youth program. he thought it was awesome and worship was amazing. the preaching was very inspiring and encouraging. phil went to the morning and night conference, where there was about 20,000 people. during the night sessions our whole family was there and about 28,000 other people, so it was a pretty big conference. there was some pretty awesome worship and preaching there. the last day was absolutely amazing. the last night session we had an amazing worship time that was just awesome.on friday (the last night of conference) the revelation (just a funny group of people from the church like the youth pastor, the jam host and just a couple of other guys and one girl) had a ”hillsong conference you’ve got talent” show and matt competed in it and did tae kwon do and got second. we’re sad it’s that it’s over. looking forward seeing y’all. thanks for all the prayers.

phil
matt
derrick

this is the boyz.
we just wanted to update you on what’s been going on. WOW, what an interesting vacation!!
besides the fact that we’re all tired and hyper it’s been goin’ great:) here are some of the fun things that have been happening.

car: windshield wipers on a sunny day, driving on the wrong side of the road ending up in several near misses, driving a car that’s big enough for the family just not for the families 18 bags of luggage. but without the luggage it’s actually a very roomy car. because of all the luggage we had to move the second row of seating up until our knees were touching the front seats, and we moved the back seat all the way up to the second seat resulting in zero leg room for the back seat, they had to sit indian style for the whole trip (one hour and fifteen minutes).
