It’s hard to believe the day is finally here and amazingly, we left the house right on time without too many hassles. We saw Manu Ginobili and Damon Stouda-something at the airport and the boys just about jumped out of their skin. Everyone stayed pretty calm even though it took us forever to get our boarding passes and check our 9 bags! I’m starved--I hope they feed us on the plane!
Ok, so no food on the plane but we arrived in beautiful LA’s 70º weather. Ahh, the land of honking horns and blaring sirens!!! Our layover there was 10 hours so Stan the Man worked out a deal for us to spend the afternoon at the Westin. With 6 hyper kids (and one hyper husband), it’s not like we could really rest, but it sure was a lot more comfortable than sitting at LAX!
