This was a small repair made to some vent penetrations that had standing water. Actually it used to be standing until it just rusted through. The Conklin Benchmark coating was used to treat the seams with a Spunflex fabric sandwiched between two coats. All gaps were caulked.

We will do several more of these minor repairs and hopefully will then be able to coat the entire roof sometime this year.
