Large Food Production
This was a small repair made to some vent penetrations that had standing water. Actually it used to be standing until it just rusted through. The Conklin Benchmark coating was used to treat the seams with a Spunflex fabric sandwiched between two coats. All gaps were caulked.
We will do several more of these minor repairs and hopefully will then be able to coat the entire roof sometime this year.

This is a large food production facility. It is critical that there are no leaks in this environment. This company has begun a multi-phase approach to resolve roofing issues beginning with some repair around key areas.
In order to prevent any standing water around the vents, we created a panel that prevented water from coming into the channels from higher on the roof.
