The house is cool and quiet during the hot summers in Languedoc Roussillon.

There is a large main salon, leading out to the terrace beside the pool.  This room has Sky TV, DVD, Playststion 2, WII and Apple TV, with seating for 10 or more.  Two sets of sliding doors lead out into the gardens.  Off this room there is a wine store with fridge and plenty of storage for sun creams, hats, towels and cold drinks for the kids.

The dining room, should you wish to eat indoors, is beside the kitchen, and provides a gentile setting for a more formal dining experience.

The study has a large working fireplace, computer and wing back chairs for perhaps a late night drink and a chat.

There are 5 bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry room and attic rooms.

An extensive range of cookware, crockery and glassware is provided.  The kitchen has a gas range cooker, food processor, juicer / smoothy maker (our favourite), toaster and of course fridge.

Outside there is a large charcoal bar-b-que and also two gas rings.  To be honest, you’ll spend more time here than the kitchen.  Or so we find.
