Eco-Dome Midrealm is the only fishable location in Netherstorm, even though there is one other body of water just north of Stormspire. The lake there appears to be occupied only by a named mob you kill for a quest. Maybe she ate all the fish. Regardless it sure would be a nice peaceful place to fish compared to the mid-realm lake which is camped by a rather large number of crocolisks. There is only one place you can fish without being periodically attacked by the crocs. I’ll let you find it though!
