Obviously the best place to fish for Deviates is going to be inside the instance itself. There is only one small pool that is deep enough to fish in, and there are a couple of croc patrols nearby. So unless you have some friends who want to go fish with you I wouldn’t recommend fishing in here until you can at least solo a pair of those crocs.

Deviate fish drop rates seem unaffected by the time of day, but more data to come.
