Gail Gondek’s pattern design career has taken her into many of the most prominent design studios of our time including Chado Ralph Rucci, Peter Som, Geoffrey Beene, Marc Jacobs, Badgley Mischka and Ralph Lauren, and has enabled her to understand and  participate in the development of many iconic designs from ‘concept to catwalk’, as she describes the process.  Her pieces have been shown in the Metropolitan Museum of Art, FIT Museum, and Kent State University.  She is currently owner of her own pattern design design firm, Miss Thimble.
