CYA is a participating member of both the Northern Virginia Wrestling Federation (NVWF) and Capital Area Wrestling League (CAWL). 

The NVWF is an instructional league that emphasizes fundamentals and sportsmanship for those who are new to the sport, whereas the CAWL offers a more competitive environment for the seasoned veterans who are working to take their skills to the next level.
