I am a candidate for the Zone 3 seat on the Salem-Keizer School Board.  I am running to:

•ensure excellence for every student in the District;

•enhance communication between South area families and the District; and

•enable a partnership with the District and community businesses.

For the past 15 years, I have volunteered in the classroom, as an LSAC officer, a Site Council member and President of SSHS Music Boosters.  I am a certified nurse midwife and co-owner of my practice, Salem Nurse Midwives.
