Rosanne is a 4th level, Black Belt Nia Instructor, who has been teaching Nia since 1999. Her classes & events are creative, innovative and infused with a love of sharing the Nia Technique with Every Body!

Nia is a cardio fusion class for the whole body. It is an energetic combination of dance, martial arts & healing arts that offers students of all levels, the proven benefits of cardio, strength, flexibility and balance conditioning.  Dance movements are mixed with heart-pumping martial arts kicks.

Nia uses a variety of movements, speeds, styles, ranges of motion, and energy dynamics, to help you learn how to use your body properly, and to its fullest potential. The hour-long choreographed routines use a variety of music from pop, rock n’ roll, soul, latin, funk, reggae, to world. Music and movement variety guarantee YOU never get bored!

Nia motivates people to get fit and healthy by making them feel good about their bodies and their own

natural movement. And most of all—its fun!

Nia does not believe in the NO Pain -- NO Gain model. In fact, just the opposite. In Nia, we truly believe that if it feels good -- it is good! And, an exercise program that you enjoy -- and most of all -- that your body enjoys -- is one that you are going to stay with. Not just for a few weeks, months, but, for years.

Come join us! And, learn how you can maximize not only your fitness potential -- but how you can reduce stress and add more Healthy JOY to your life. To be fit. To be healthy.
