It sleeps 13: 2 kings (or 4 twins) 1 double, 1 double with bunk top, 1 double sleep sofa, and 1 double futon. Bonus features include 2 adjoining living room/kitchen greatrooms with picture windows to the lake, 2 large master bedrooms with sliders to the upper deck, and two 40' upper and lower decks overlooking the water. Enjoy 4 TVs, DirecTV, 2 DVD/VCRs, large picnic table, 3 patio tables, gas BBQ grill, and an extra large hammock. The home has sunset views from almost every room and includes a dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer. This home includes a private dock just steps away.

Area Ammenities: Clarksville is a picturesque little town on the water with a variety of restaurants and antique shops, a historic walking tour, and a veterans museum. The town is about 5-6 miles away by road or by boat and it includes a dock for visiting boats allowing for shopping or dining. There are several Army Corps of Engineer Recreation Areas which include swimming beach/areas and picnic grounds. The area offers numerous boat ramps and fishing supply stores, the Clarksville marina with boat rentals, seasonal hunting, horseback riding including lessons or trail rides (434-374-5242), an excellent golf course, tours of historic Prestwould Plantation, and Occoneechee State Park Visitor's Center with historic and Indian artifacts and boat rentals. A week will not be enough to enjoy all this area has to offer!
