Stephen Sarre Reynolds B.A. (MelbourneUniversity) - born 1974 ...welcomes you to this website, featuring recent work from London, Spain, Israel, Australia and New York. Living and working in Harlem, NYC, Reynolds is an emotive landscape painter, working primarily plein aire. Visceral responses to experienced landscapes, familiar daily images, or moments of exceptional magnitude are what inspires his work. Sculpture is his recent pursuit. Futur arch:aeology is an exploration of the relics of now, and what might be made of them in the future. I occasionally bury them in excavations around Manhattan, particularly on the West bank of the East River.
