Since February 2009 I’ve served the First Unitarian Church of Los Angeles located in the Westlake / MacArthur Park neighborhood.  The neighborhood and the congregation is diverse, urban and exciting.  The church is an active neighborhood partner with a large number of programs offered to folks who live near the church.  First Church also rents rooms in our historic, 1927, building to non-profits working under the brand of the Justice Center of Los Angeles.  And, with the meeting space available in our building, our central location, and our rich history (founded in 1877) First Church serves as a Cathedral church for the other UU churches in the greater Los Angeles area.
